Adding a New FAQ Category:

1. Click on the 'FAQ' tab when you are logged into your website account.
2. Click on the Categories tab below the Questions tab. You will then see the FAQ Category screen as below:
   
3. Click the Add Category button.
4. The Category Name popup will appear, simply enter a Category Name and click the Save button.
