How is client information used?
BOLT Marketing may use client information to provide its clients with system information or information about new or upgraded products. Modification of client information
If clients need or wish to modify any of their information, including unsubscribing from any mail lists, they can update by logging into the client section of the BOLT Marketing website (http://www.thewebconsole.com). It is especially important you keep your contact details up-to-date.
BOLT Marketing will protect the confidentiality of its client's information, account information and personal communications to the fullest extent possible and consistent with the law and the legitimate interests of BOLT Marketing, its partners, its resellers, its employees and other clients of BOLT Marketing. To protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of information that is collected from clients, BOLT Marketing has appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial security procedures in place.
Disclosure of client information and communications
BOLT Marketing will not otherwise disclose its client's personal and account information unless BOLT Marketing has reason to believe that disclosing such information is necessary to identify, make contact with, or bring legal action against someone who may be causing harm or interfering with the rights or property of BOLT Marketing, BOLT Marketing's clients, or others, or where BOLT Marketing has a good faith belief that the law requires such disclosure.
BOLT Marketing also will not, except for reasons stated below, disclose to third parties the contents of any electronic mail or other electronic communications that BOLT Marketing stores or transmits for its clients. The circumstances under which BOLT Marketing will disclose such electronic client communications are when:
- It is necessary in order to provide service to the client;
- It is necessary to protect the legitimate interests of BOLT Marketing and its clients;
- It is required to cooperate with interception orders, warrants, or other legal processes that BOLT Marketing determines in its sole discretion to be valid and enforceable; and
- It is necessary to provide to a law enforcement agency when the contents are inadvertently obtained by BOLT Marketing and appear to pertain to the commission of a crime.
