Ewan McKenzie
A brand visionary with over 20 years of sales and marketing experience, Ewan is an expert at maximising the marketing investment of businesses. With a strong background in research and data analysis and a love of analytics and statistics, he ensures that every client has the microscope on their campaign performance at all times.
From start-ups to multimillion dollar companies, he has weaved his marketing magic on a range of brands and companies including TAFE Queensland, Drillman Global, BumperTech, BIG4, Unique Diamonds and SAE Creative Media.
If he's not in front of his computer or talking to clients, you'll find Ewan down at his beloved Robina Roos AFL Club where he volunteers on the committee. Ewan possesses a natural disposition for networking and connecting business owners with potential customers, whether at work or out and about during his daily activities.
Rebecca Ottaway

For almost two decades, Bec has worked as a marketing expert spearheading digital marketing campaigns and communication strategies for award-winning Australian brands including Caring for You Nursing Agency, Apricot Sofa, Bartercard, Cariblue, Flight Centre.
Fluent in project, website and social media management, Bec specialises in professional communication and rapport building and thrives on working with a variety of clients seeking how best to represent their brand digitally and how to turn their ideas into strategies that can help them reach their business goals.
Her love of travel, adventure, books and champagne has led her to some interesting creative endeavours including owning a Ghost Tour Business and most recently creating and selling colouring and activity books for children on Amazon.
Lauren Bellikoff
Social Media & Digital Content Specialist
Since graduating high school, Lauren has worked her way up through the world of retail starting from a Sales Assistant to becoming the Queensland Visual Merchandiser for an affordable luxury brand, Scotch & Soda.
Having a natural eye for precision and design, she is well-suited to the role of Social Media and Digital Content Specialist here at Bolt Marketing. Lauren first found her love for marketing and all things social media during her time designing and creating content for local AFL Club Robina Roos.
When she's not working, Lauren dedicates her time to all things fitness whether it's a session at the gym or a run along the beach. She also enjoys her time exploring new restaurants and cafes around the Gold Coast and spending time with her friends and family. On the weekends, Lauren is down at the Robina Roos AFL Club where she plays as a midfielder for the women's team and is part of the club committee.
