Terms & Conditions
Congratulations on being invited to join our referral partner program and become eligible to earn yourself up to $1,000 cash for every on-going marketing client you refer to Bolt Marketing.
These terms apply to a Referral Partner’s (RP) participation in the Program. By participating in the Program, RPs agree to use the Program as outlined herein, and consistent with any other terms we may apply to the Program.
Eligibility
RPs must be invited to join the Program by Bolt Marketing before becoming an eligible referrer. Each RP will be required to complete a short questionnaire and agree to these Terms & Conditions before being accepted as an official RP and becoming eligible to receive the incentives detailed below.
How it Works
To participate, once you have been accepted, you will be provided a link to access Bolt Marketing's Referral Program's online resources. This will include details on the services we offer, client case studies, email templates to use for introductions etc.
If a qualified referred business signs up to an on-going Monthly Marketing Support Package and remains using the service for a minimum of 3 months, you will receive a $500 cash incentive. If the business remains a client for at least 6 months, you will receive an additional $500 cash incentive.
Special Promotions
From time to time, RPs may be offered special promotions and special links to use. Such Special Promotions are for a limited time and will give Referrers (and in some cases, Referred Clients) additional incentives and rewards. Additional terms, including expiration dates for any Special Promotion will be provided with the Special Promotion.
How Payment will be Made
Bolt Marketing will notify each RP when they qualify for a referral payment after a verification process is completed, which includes ensuring that the referred client has paid all outstanding invoices.
Payment will be made upon receipt of a valid invoice being received from the Referral Partner at the 3 and/or 6-month milestones. Payments will be made via bank transfer within 30 days of the invoice being received.
All Bolt Marketing's decisions are final and binding, except where prohibited, including decisions as to whether a Qualified Referral is valid, when and if to terminate the Program, and whether, if at all, to change the program. Any changes to the program will be sent via email to RPs and, except where prohibited, will become effective as of the date the email is sent.
Referral Partner's Code of Conduct
RPs agree not to use the Program to:
- Violate the intellectual property rights of Bolt Marketing
- Collect or attempt to collect personal data about users or potential Referred Clients
- Engage in any actions that are designed to disrupt or undermine the Program
- Make attempts to gain unauthorised access to the software or the Program for any reason
- Engage in illegal activities
- Engage in actions that disparage or malign or call into question the reputation of Bolt Marketing.
Privacy
Participation in the Program may require a Referred Client and/or a Referral Partner to submit personal information about themselves. The personal information will be collected, processed and used in accordance with Bolt Marketing's Privacy Policy. In addition, personal information may be used by Bolt Marketing to contact clients with regard to their participation in the Program and to receive communications from Bolt Marketing or third-party administrators of the Program.
Reservations of Rights
We reserve the right to modify or amend at any time these Terms and the methods through which payments are earned. We reserve the right to disqualify any RP at any time from participation in the Program if he/she does not comply with any of these Terms.
The Program is administered by Bolt Marketing and we reserve the right to terminate the Program at any time for any reason.
